Free Shipping on Orders over $49.

What are my shipping options?
Free shipping on domestic orders over $49. We also offer other shipping choices for expedited delivery currently on lingerie items only.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Next day shipping orders are handled manually. Make purchase online and call us to set up the expedited shipping. Please note orders will only ship to the verified addresses used during checkout.

International Orders

Most of our items ship from US warehouses.  Products which ship from China will have a estimated delivery of 5 -14 days.  Tracking information will be provided by email.  International shipping rates will apply.  Please check the product detail to determine if the product ships from the US or Internationally.

Where is my order?

VIA EMAIL:
You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 9am CT are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.

We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take 2 to 5 business days for processing.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
Yes, however you must call us right away at (920) 368-6104. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled. We love repeat customers an offer a hassle-free return policy for any unused products within 7 days of receipt.

How will my package be shipped?
We use UPS and USPS for domestic Standard Shipping. Next Day and 2nd Day Air Saver orders are shipped and delivered by UPS or DHL.

To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.

What are my shipping options if I live outside of the U.S.?
Currently, we service the U.S and Canada only.

My tracking says that my order is being returned to the sender. What can I do?
If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Please contact us if you need help.

My package is marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.
Here’s what we suggest doing:

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery
Check again the end of the next day
Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or DHL (1-800-225-5345)
Contact us if you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipper.
